This is a bag for a good friend of mine. I just loove the patterns in the Vogue Knitting on the Go book: easy, straight-forward patterns. And it all has such a great effect with so little knitting involved, really. It took me forever to finish this bag for different reasons, but I really like the finished result.
Fuer eine gute Freundin: eine kleine Tasche. Gefuettert mit Baumwolle in schwarz. Meine erste gestrickte Tasche, aber ich verstehe, warum so viele Leute nur Taschen, Schals und Muetzen stricken: es geht schnell, und hat einen enormen Effekt.
Mon tout premier sac en tricot: c'etait rapide (quand j'avais decide de m'y mettre...) et l'effet est tres beau. C'est encore un cadeau de Noel, pour une copine.Small Cabled Bag

Modifications: I used a crochted strap instead of the i-cord (the i-cord mill doesn't take this relatively thick yarn, and I couldn't stand the idea of 1m of i-cord).
Knitting fun: I always seemed to have more interesting things to knit, therefore this took forever. In reality, it's quite a quick knit. And I actually enjoyed the sewing part.

Ich finde die Tasche auch total knuffig, der Knopf macht richtig was her. Ich wollte auch schon lang mal eine Tasche nadeln, habe es bislang aber noch nicht geschafft :-((
