Summer has found its way back to Paris, and I really want to wear summer dresses to the office. The only way to do that decently is to pair them with some kind of jacket. For the time being I make do with oversized shirts, which are just that. Well, enough justification, a new project found its way into my shopping bag at the local Phildar store. And I already hate the yarn (should really learn and stick with classic yarn): and for once I seem to have to go up one needle size in order to get gauge. Funny, I usually go down.
Sommerkleidchen ins Buero? Klar, aber nur mit Jacke. Im Moment mit Riesenhemden, aber bald mit schickem weissen Bolero, der sich trotz aller vorhandenen Strickprojekte in meine Tasche geschlichen hat. Und ich mag es wirklich nciht, mit diesem Klumpgarn zu stricken. Vielleicht lern ich's jetzt, und es ist mein letztes "novelty yarn" Projekt? Lustigerweise muss ich wahrscheinlich eine Nadelgroesse groesser als angegeben stricken, um mit der Maschenprobe hinzukommen -- wo ich doch sonst immer eine kleiner stricke.
J'ai envie de mettre des robes d'ete au bureau, du coup il me faut absolument une facon chic de couvrir mes epaules: voila donc assez de justification pour commencer encore un projet, le bolero Phildar. J'aime pas trop tricoter avec ce fil, et c'est curieux: je vais devoir prendre des aiguilles plus grandes que recommande pour une fois.
